The operation of our
Support Centre in Sutton–in–Ashfield, is mirrored throughout our
other locations, with its dedicated product work bays, state of the
art technology, testing and specialised tooling.
Technicians are factory-trained and continuously briefed on
manufacturer's product updates.
Engines are tracked and recorded throughout the workshop process by
a unique ID number, allocated as the unit enters the workshop. An
in-house Machine Shop provides engineering support, not only to our
own locations, but also many local businesses with custom machining
requirements such as grinding, skimming and line boring.
On completion of work, engines undergo full testing in our test
cells capable of up to 3000hp before visiting the Spray Shop,
to be refinished in the manufacturer's colours and receive their
final dressing and inspection.
On site service support is provided by our team of Field Engineers,
operating nationally 24 hours a day. The Field Engineers can provide
diagnostics, defect rectification, partial overhaul and routine
servicing from fully equipped vans and mobile workshops.
